Who we are.

We founded Ksquared to lift living standards in social housing, and prove that going green is the best next step for social landlords.


With our network, credentials, and deep understanding of decarbonisation, we simplify every step towards an eco retrofit, from bid writing right through to delivery.

  • Today, sustainable living isn’t accessible to all. We believe everyone deserves access to greener housing, and that making these changes shouldn’t cost the world.

  • We’re building a social housing sector free from the gatekeeping of sustainability. Where going green isn’t just an aspirational thought, but a realistic and life-changing option. 

  • Acting as a single point of contact, we apply our industry expertise to achieve positive and lasting change. This impartial role makes us a trustworthy ally to every party, supporting the implementation of that change from start to finish.

  • Founding Director

    She/Her

    After 15+ years in a successful career as a private architect, Kasang decided to break away from the corporate world and pivot into the social sector. With her considerable expertise in sustainability — and firm belief that people should come before profit — Kasang founded Ksquared in 2019 with the goal to make greener homes accessible to people of all backgrounds.

  • Associate Director

    He/Him

    Having started out in architecture to pursue his love of travel and design, Associate Director Francis has accrued a diverse professional background. With proven experience in delivery for the public and third sectors, and a passionate interest in housing equality, he forms an integral part of the original Ksquared team.

    She/Her

    Albe is central to the success of the Ksquared team - she makes a valuable contribution to company culture, and is excellent at circling back to pick things up again (mostly sticks).
